Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy - We know you’re super keen to get your new
purchase, so we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. We try our hardest
to meet all delivery times. Depending on the location of your goods, your order
may be split into multiple parcels to get to you faster.

When will I receive my order – All orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to have your goods
dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been processed and collected by courier, indicative
delivery times are as follows:

North Island orders: 2-4 working days.

South Island orders: 2-4 working days.

Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow
an additional 2 working days.

I still haven’t received my
order?

Occasionally when processing your order, there may be delays, especially during busy periods
(including sale). There may also be other factors contributing to your order
being delayed, such as Public holidays, postal/delivery partner delays, traffic
delays, logistics, bad weather or if our delivery partners are unable to access
the delivery address. We'll keep you as updated as we can, and you should be

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Red Mamba cases go through thorough testing, and are designed to play in New Zealand's harsh environments. We do however have the odd hiccup from time to time, but stand by our product so as to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.

We are committed to complying with all our obligations under consumer laws.

If a product fails due to a major manufacturing fault or material defect, you can ask for a replacement or refund. Or we will repair it free of charge.

For a minor fault or defect, we may repair it free of charge, or if it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion.

If for some reason you have damaged your product (on one of your wild adventures!) please get in touch as we carry a full range of spare parts and our fix-it team should be able to assist you with a repair.

1. Warranty Coverage

Red Mamba Limited provides a limited warranty for all protective cases sold through our website. This warranty
ensures that your case will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

Waterproof functionality: The case will remain water resistant as per the specifications on the product
page, protecting contents from water damage under normal conditions.

Knock protection: The case will provide adequate impact protection, ensuring that your items remain safe from common knocks and drops during use.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

* Damage caused by misuse or abuse:
Including, but not limited to, use outside the intended purpose of the
product (e.g., extreme environmental conditions, improper handling).

* Normal wear and tear: As the product ages, wear and tear from regular use may affect its performance and appearance.

* Modification or alteration: If the product has been altered or modified in any way, including but not limited to, repairs by unauthorised parties.

* Cosmetic damage: Scratches, scuffs, or other minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact the functionality or protection offered by the case.

* Accidental damage: Any damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, or exposure to extreme elements beyond the case's rated specifications.

3. How to Claim Warranty

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps to make a warranty
claim:

Contact us: Reach out to us at info@redmamba.nz or via the contact form on our website with a description of the issue and a proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.).

Return the product: We may request that you return the defective product to us for evaluation. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Inspection: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the criteria for a warranty claim. If the product is found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we will either repair or replace it, or issue a refund.

4. Consumer Rights and Guarantees

In addition to the warranty provided by Red Mamba Limited, you are entitled to certain rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
